I currently sit with my physical body in a way I have never done before.

From a place of gratitude and love.

Saying "I am beautiful" is a big deal for me as I have not had a good relationship with my body since I was a child.

I felt "too much" which would lead me to see my body as a curse. I didn't know how to regulate the amount of energy I'd feel, so it would lead me to disassociate.

Today, I sit with my body as an ally. A beautiful extension of Mother Earth in human form.

This lesson is tough, but I know the only way is through.

Channeling messages right now for Mother Earth is pretty intense and liberating.

She cares so deeply and wants us to know she is witnessing us and that we never walk alone.

We are here at this time for a reason. We came here to rise together to tip the balance back to even. Accept that and allow yourself to exhale.

My 2 best friends that have consistently been the banks of my river through ALL of my gnarly deaths and rebirths these last 2 years.

They are not afraid of me or my fire. They are powerful and courageous enough to slap me with hard truths and will hold me as I crumble.

We move together and witness each other every day. Honoring each other's paths.

Reflection.

Each version of me has a voice. A voice I quieted down for sake of survival. A spirit I dulled to "fit in" which never seemed to work.

I always felt like an outsider. Not fitting in here OR there. Kind of just existing.

I sit with those versions of myself and l listen. I witness without need to "fix" as I was never broken.

I ran from myself over and over and over. Running from the truth of who I have always been... magic. A person woven by so many beautiful threads. An extension of Mother Earth.

This Winter we sit together and tell the stories we never told.

Not sure when it started, but when a man wouldn't "choose" me, I'd take it personally.

It wasn't until yesterday that I disposed of that idea.

Men will call me in wanting to experience a Woman in her power and then run when it’s in their hands. When it becomes too real. When they realize that choosing their happiness and what their heart wanted will cause them to leave the comfort of the chaos they've created and renamed as happiness and being content.

I no longer co-sign on taking accountability for your fear of me.

There's peace here where, before, there would have been devastation.

I took the risk, and I allowed someone in and opened my heart. Because of this, I was able to feel such heartwarming things that I had never experienced before, and it was wonderful!

The truth of the situation came face to face with me today, and I chose to accept it with grace and bow out.

My usual cycle would've been to continue to pretend just so I could hold on to the attention even though it was not healthy. I would have gone into depression for a few days and would have beat myself up over what I allowed.

This time, I accepted that I chose this road to get the lesson I needed, and this person delivered it seamlessly.

It's all for my highest good, and I believe that 100%.
